Course Description

Through lectures and seminars, the People and Organizations course emphasizes the importance of human behavior and actions within an organization. The structure, activities, and management of an organization are no more significant than its people. Human behavior, interaction, and relationships between individuals within an organization greatly contribute to its success.
Regardless of our roles in the workforce—employer, manager, or employee—it is essential to recognize the importance of personal and professional skills in a competitive business environment. The course employs a practical approach, including real-world examples, critical reflection exercises, case studies, and interactions with business representatives to deepen understanding.
