Course Description
The discipline focuses on developing students’ ability to analyze ethical challenges in social science research and to understand the importance of academic integrity in maintaining an ethical climate in educational institutions. By exploring topics such as abuses in the teacher-student relationship and various forms of discrimination, students gain a critical perspective on professional behavior. Essential issues such as publication ethics, plagiarism, fabrication and alteration of data are also addressed, issues that are critical to the credibility of research. The discipline emphasizes the responsibility of researchers to respect ethical standards and to contribute to the advancement of knowledge with integrity. At the same time, students learn how to produce a scientific paper in accordance with ethical rigor and are encouraged to develop responsible and ethical conduct in their academic and research activities. This training is essential for building an academic environment based on respect and fairness.
