Course Description

The discipline is designed to develop advanced communication skills and to reinforce the students’ understanding of the French language according to the CEFR standards. The main objective is to help students to communicate correctly and fluently in French, both written and oral, in a variety of social, academic and professional contexts. By taking this course, students will learn to express complex ideas and respond effectively and correctly in a variety of situations. The topics include mainly grammar elements, such as the correct use of tenses, tenses and verb tenses. Students will also explore strategies for analyzing and interpreting the cultural context of the French language, and will be encouraged to use specialized resources and actively participate in interactive discussions. Assessments consist of tests and projects and emphasize the applicability of knowledge in real-life contexts.
