The subject aims to develop oral and written communication skills in French with a view to achieving correct and effective communication in professional communication by mastering basic semantic, lexicological and terminological concepts and developing skills in corpus research, academic writing and the realization of scientific research projects; understanding the relationships between the structure of information and its expression through specific discursive means; producing lexicological and terminological products (dictionaries, vocabularies, glossaries) for specialized translation; producing tables of equivalence; drafting terminological definitions and terminology records; acquiring knowledge of tools and software for automatic processing of terminological data; integrating autonomous learning with effective cooperation in working groups.
