Course Description
The Human Resource Management (HRM) discipline develops essential skills for strategic decision-making and implementation of human resource policies and programs. Students acquire skills to effectively manage HRM issues in international and cross-cultural contexts, understanding the relationship between human resource management and socio-demographic changes, the impact of the post-pandemic context, business ethics and employee protection. The course explores fundamental HRM processes such as job specification, recruitment and selection of staff, and employee appraisal, motivation and reward. Emphasis is placed on developing a holistic perspective on how MRU contributes to the success of organizations and the creation of a fair and sustainable work environment. In a rapidly changing world, the MRU course prepares students to respond to emerging challenges and to manage human capital with a responsible vision adapted to the global context.
