Course Description

The subject aims to develop oral and written communication skills in French and the acquisition of competences in the field of corporate culture associated with a reflection on the business environment and intercultural organizational communication through the acquisition of specific strategies and operational skills in the French-speaking business environment; familiarization with the main approaches to the concepts of corporate culture / corporate culture, intercultural management, socio-cultural and economic environment of French-speaking in the context of the knowledge economy and the new industrial revolution in order to use them in different professional situations; knowledge of different management models, tools and current practices in managing corporate culture in a European/global approach to intercultural management; development of skills in analyzing and interpreting the strategies of major players in the field, information sources and professional events in order to design and realize corporate presentations, corporate projects and corporate portals; design of corporate scenarios by integrating/developing/nuancing different models of operational corporate culture in the multicultural business environment; integration of autonomous learning with effective cooperation in working groups.
